Time is our only non-renewable asset
Sketchbooks for me come out of slight obsessive compulsive disorder. I see travel as an opportunity to explore imagination. To subvert boredom. It comes from the niggling feeling that if I wasn’t sketching, i’d be wasting time. Time is our only non-renewable asset, money can be lost and made, clients can come and go, your bad habits can become good habits. Time you can never get back.
These sketches were produced in my era of developing my Kiteboarding brand, Kombro. To this day, even though Kombro has come and gone, my love for the sport remains.
